Return & Refund Policy
Information about returns, refunds, and your consumer rights.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of mind
If you simply change your mind, we may offer a return or exchange at our discretion, subject to the product being unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within a reasonable time (e.g. 14 days from delivery). You may be responsible for return freight. Contact us before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Faulty or incorrect goods
If you receive faulty goods, incorrect items, or goods that do not match their description, please contact us as soon as possible. We will:
- Arrange a return (and, where appropriate, cover return freight)
- Offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Australian Consumer Law
Please keep any packaging and provide your order number and a brief description of the issue when you contact us.
4. How to request a return or refund
Contact us by email at Sales@Sitedirect.com.au or by phone on 1300 TFH FEN. Include your order number, the product(s) concerned, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation. Do not send goods back without our authorisation.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time (typically 5–10 business days after we receive the returned goods or confirm the refund). If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative.
6. Exclusions
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or not as described. Perishable or consumable goods may be subject to different terms. We will advise you when you order if any restrictions apply.
